1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance under any circumstances.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.
Your ticket is confirmed only upon full payment and receipt of confirmation email.
2. Ticket Types & Access
BUILT DIFFERENT has three ticket tiers: Standard, Executive, and Diamond.
Access to certain sessions, bonuses, networking dinners, or 1:1 mentoring is strictly limited to the specific tier purchased.
Complimentary attendance for Academy recruits does not include bonuses, 1:1 sessions, or post-event programs unless explicitly granted.
3. Limited Availability
Only 100 total seats are available (80 Standard, 10 Executive, 10 Diamond). Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organizer reserves the right to close ticket sales at any time without notice.
4. Event Changes
While every effort will be made to deliver the event as described, the organizer reserves the right to change speakers, topics, venue, or timing due to unforeseen circumstances.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or compensation.
5. Conduct & Code of Ethics
BUILT DIFFERENT is a high-performance, professional event. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times.
Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Media Release
By attending the event, you agree to be photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes.
You grant Pasquale Minasi and BlueMagic Group the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish images or recordings of you in all media formats without compensation.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All training content, scripts, documents, and systems shared during the event remain the intellectual property of Pasquale Minasi.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Liability Waiver
You attend the event voluntarily and at your own risk. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, lost property, or travel disruptions.
It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents, insurance, and accommodation if required.
9. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for failure to host the event due to acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or any other force majeure events.
In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled event or converted into a digital/live coaching credit.
10. Data & Privacy
Your information will be stored securely and used for event-related communications, future coaching offers, and updates from Pasquale Minasi.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the Pasquale Minasi brand ecosystem.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
